General Shipping Information

We ship USPS and FedEx.

Due to the weight of electrical wire, we may ask for further information regarding truck access or PO boxes for delivery flexibility.

In-stock orders placed before 12 pm Central Standard Time generally ship on the same business day unless otherwise noted. Our business days are Monday through Friday; we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major US holidays.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the time it's shipped.


Expedited Shipping

We offer next day air and 2nd day blue at an extra shipping cost. Please contact us for shipping rates.

Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday except on US holidays.

Reschedule Shipping Date

Customer is responsible for all freight change delivery fees should they cancel, reschedule, or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping to lower 48 states for orders over $100 and weighing less than 140 lbs. Flat Rate Shipping is a $14.95 flat rate for orders under $100 and weighing less than 140 lbs.. Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for shipping rates.

Shipping Outside of the U.S.

We currently are unable to ship outside the US.


Returns

We cannot accept returns on cut wire unless we have made a mistake in the cut, shipped wrong item, or if the wire is defective in any way.

This is a brand-new wire. We buy from reputable wire companies who stand behind the product.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made prior to a shipping confirmation being sent. After confirmation has been sent, there are no cancellations because the product will have been already shipped.
